Amity is always a step ahead in participating for noble causes such as fund raising or organizing blood donation camps. Taking this vision forward since 2002,today over 400 Units of Blood was donated by the volunteer donors including students, faculty members and staff of Amity.

Inaugurating the camp, Rotarian (Rtn) Rupak Jain- Former District Governor (Delhi)said that the rotary club was started with the motive that ‘no person should die due to lack of blood’ and after facing numerous challenges, the first blood bank was established in New Delhi and now has many banks across India to help save lives. He apprised that Rotary club seeks opportunities to help people but needs volunteers to reach the ones in need, therefore urged students to volunteer in such causes.

While sharing his views, Mr. Ajay Chauhan, Trustee, Amity Education Group expressed his joy over the huge participation of students on the first day itself as donors and volunteers, which is an immense service to society. He called upon the students to come forward so that many loves can be saved.
