Amity University Madhya Pradesh organized Cultural Programme 'Ami-Beats'

Ami-Beats, a cultural programme was organized by Amity University Madhya Pradesh on March 27, 2014. The Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Lt. Gen. V. K.Sharma, AVSM (Retd), Dean Academics, Registrar and the Director Administration were invited on the stage to symbolically inaugurate the program with lamp lighting ceremony. The program began with Ganesh Vandana performed by the choir group of Amity. 

The first event of the evening was FASHION SHOW ROUND 1 which was of the boys.

The next performance was the western group dance by the students of ASET. Later, a solo dance was performed by Runa Hai which really captivated everyone’s heart.  Then began the FASHION SHOW ROUND 2 which included all the girls, and they carried their innovative dresses extremely well.  The students of ABS (girls) portrayed Gujrat in their Garba Dance.  Next, Ami-band set the stage on fire with their brilliant band performance. Trilochan was another dancer who captured the hearts of all Amitians with his locking and popping. Another rocking performance,dedicated to Vice Chancellor was presented by the boys of ASET. The last round of Fashion Show was conducted finally which included both boys and girls,i.e. the couples round followed by ramp-walk by the faculty coordinators.

The program did not end here; scintillating band performance was given by Ami-band.

The certificates were distributed to the faculty coordinators, student coordinators and the anchors by the Hon'ble Vice Chancellor.

Then DJ began and everyone danced to the beats of rocking songs.

With this the show sponsored by Lakme ended and it definitely was a huge success.
