Amity Chennai, Concluding Ceremony - 2018

It was indeed an auspicious day, began with a prayer song invoking the blessings of Goddess Saraswati.

Dr. Vengadamani, Deputy Director AGBS Chennai delivered a warm welcome address to the august gathering which filled them with pride and conviction. She invoked the blessings of our revered Founder President Dr. Ashok K Chauhan Sir,Honorable President Dr. Atul Chauhan Sir and Respected Sr. Vice President ShriU. Ramachandran Sir.

It was our privilege to be in the presence of Shri U. Ramachandran, Senior Vice President, Amity Educational Group. He addressed the students to fix your dream and vision and assured that the students will remain in the amity family forever. Amity unique commitment and focus on behavioral science which will be a catalyst in enabling the young students to be genuine human beings. Believe in God and seek blessings from parents try to inculcate clean habits, take ownership and lead from front, plan, implement and control and there is no substitute of hard work. Believe in yourself and be confident. Implement and control and react positively. Lord Krishna said, ‘perform the duties and joy’,upon you, as action is always better than non-action. His memorable conclusion was, grace to hear patiently, consider diligently, understand rightly, decide justly, grant due humility and may not be misled by your willfulness and vanity and egotism, let us celebrate the long journey of discovery and creating value for yourself, family and your country.

Mr.VVR Raj Satyen was the Chief Guest for the Concluding Ceremony, 2018 is an entrepreneur B Serve is a pioneering effort in Business Processing Sector in Madurai, he was one of the first one to introduce Knowledge Processing Outsourcing, 360 degree software services provided in Singapore and USA. He is involved in community development with multiple projects in educating the rural youth and the underprivileged to bring about improvement of general health awareness and education. He stressed upon delegation, adaptation, planning, to focus on the moment, make your work interesting. You have to deliver; you have to win to win. Tremendous resources available especially online, don’t be indecisive about your communication. Don’t worry if you make mistakes, one has to learn from them.

Today is the day when 2018 batch of BBA and MBA shall reap the fruits of sincere efforts made over the past years at Amity Chennai to achieve the coveted goal.The day is significant for each young achiever as a new leaf is turned when one phase of the academic life ends and a new phase more challenging and more satisfying that of the corporate life begins. It gives us immense pleasure to see you attain success under our guidance but mainly owing to your own untiring endeavors.

The coveted awardswere for both the academic and non-academic categories: Area Merit awards were also distributed for Behavioral Science, Finance, Human resources, Marketing,Logistics, International Business; Non-area awards were in sports and bestmentor. The coveted salvers, Shri Baljit Shastri award for the best in human and traditional values went to Ms. Kiran Sravan MBA,her astounding singing performance amongst the students from nine Universities in front of thousands of students and the management had  everyone enthralled.The All Round Best Student Award (Best Manager) went to Ms. Ameena Firdose.
