Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Procurement Cloud Transformation:
a. Experience in implementing Cloud Procurement suites such as (Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, GeP SMART, Icertis, Sirion Labs, etc)
b. Deep understanding of Procurement related processes including Source-to-Pay (both upstream and downstream), Contract Lifecycle Management, Supplier Management, Category Management, etc.
c. Prior consulting background, global consulting experience - e.g. North American Region, EMEA.
d. Ability to perform in a fluid changing environment (consulting) with minimal supervision.
2. Supply Chain Planning Advisory
a. Experience in Supply Chain Planning from Industry/Consulting/Product Consulting Experience with at least 2 years in a consultative role is preferred.
b. Experience in Supply Chain Planning solutions preferably in JDA/O9/Kinaxis/Other SCM ERP platform experience.
c. Functional knowledge of supply chain business processes such as Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, advanced supply chain and distributions requirements planning area.
d. Experience in Supply Chain execution covering capabilities like Warehouse Management, Transport Management, SC Collaboration, Visibility etc.
e. Prior consulting background, global consulting experience - e.g. North American Region, EMEA.
f. Proficient in tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Qlikview, Qliksense, etc.
3. Procurement Advisory/Strategic Sourcing Consulting
a. Expected to deliver strategic sourcing, procurement services advisory for client engagements as an extension of the onshore team. The professional will work directly with the onshore engagement lead from onshore/offshore on client deliverables.
b. Work in engagements which are about advising KPMG clients on one or more areas of the sourcing life cycle including but not limited to developing procurement policies, manage vendor selection, Analyse procurement data, optimize procurement processes, Sourcing strategy, RFP preparation and sourcing process management, Contracting and negotiation support etc.
c. Exposure to RFP drafting, RFP Analysis, Bid Management, Pricing, Contract Management will also be required
d. Experience working in global teams and define current state maps (blueprinting), transformation strategy and execution
e. Should be a self-starter and should have effective communication, presentation, and networking skills with the ability to articulate analysis and recommendations in a coherent manner
4. Customer Advisory
a. Must have deep experience on one or more front office functions – Marketing, Sales, Service or Customer Experience
b. Should have experience in customer experience management, develop new customer behavior segments and ‘personas’, customer journey design mapping, design target operating model design and marketing, sales &service transformation.
c. Have strong expertise in conducting end-to-end business transformation projects including, 'as-is' to 'to-be' assessment, future state recommendations and project roadmaps.
d. Should be comfortable in dealing with large data sets for evaluating customer sentiments, customer pain points and voice of customer, and prepare customer insight dashboards.
e. Experience with conducting workshops, understanding and analyzing client pain points, creating initiatives, and roadmap for implementation
5. Connected Commerce Advisory
a. Ability to design architecture and technology solutions for the e-commerce-oriented business, including experience in at least one of ecommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Cloud-Craze and Demand-ware), SAP Hybris, HCL WCS Commerce, Oracle Commerce, Magento).
b. Ability to work with clients to help understand the business needs and functional requirements for enabling a connected Commerce capability across the operating model, including process, technology and people.
c. Owner of a product from conception to delivery in a techno-functional role.
d. Demonstrated experience in collaborating and communicating with a diverse set of people across groups and organizational levels.
e. Ability to define common business and development processes, platform and tools usage for ecommerce solutions and delivery, create technical and functional documentation.
f. Ability to diagnose and solve techno-functional problems related to e-commerce and SFCC implementation.
g. Support practice development initiatives, which includes knowledge management, point of view development, services standardization, etc.
h. Ability to co-ordinate project delivery & work across multiple client functions to document needs and support the formulation of recommendations in order to effect the change needed to achieve business outcomes from a Commerce solution.
i. Coordinate with onsite engagement team and client team to gather requirements, develop work plan, determine expectations and execute digital strategy.
