Meridien chefs conduct Vegetable Carving workshop in AUR, Jaipur

A workshop on vegetable carving was conducted by theExecutive Chef, Mr Jatinder Dhaliwal, and Carver, Mr Vijay of Hotel Le Meridienon October 8, 2013 at Amity University, Jaipur.

 The participants in the workshop were the third and fifthsemester students of Amity School of Hospitality. The objective of the workshopwas to give the students a “Feel the Food” presentation.

The workshop was a great success with the students learningthe fine art of vegetable carving from top chefs.
