Most students normally choose their subjects for 12th grade, depending upon their career goal. But some remain in a dilemma as to 'Which Career to Choose after 12th’

While choosing a career after 12th, a student must consider various factors, most importantly his/her interest, ability to cope with the subject chosen, job opportunities and above all the necessary financial commitments.

Keeping this in mind “The Times of India” conducted a career guidance session at Amity University Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior on Saturday, 02nd April 2016. Approximately 400 students from various schools of Gwalior attended the event, which was conducted in the Auditorium of the University. Lt Gen V K Sharma, AVSM (Retd), the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of AUMP in his opening remarks said “In today’s competitive world, the senior school students need to critically analyze their strengths and weakness at an early stage. While conscious and deliberate effects should be made to overcome weakness, the strength must be leveraged in deciding to choose a suitable academic stream in Universities and Colleges, which will ultimately lead them to their dream careers”.

If you are in search of a creative job, you can go for Advertising, Performing Arts, Website Designing, Fashion Designing, Jewelry Designing or Aviation. If you have a flair for writing, you can also take up content writing as a career option.”
