Amity School of Engineering organised orientation ceremony to welcome the new batch Engineering. On this occassion delegation from Honda Motors India were present to give blessings to the students.

Major General K.Jay Singh, Vice Chancellor, Amity University, Dr. Raj Singh, Pro Vice Chancellor, Amity University, Prof. D.P. Tiwari, Senior Director, Amity School of Engineering welcomed the new students and briefed them about the study system and culture of Amity.

Mr. Masa-Yuki-Kato, Director, AVM, Honda Motors India, Mr. N.K. Goila, Honda Motors India blessed the students.

On this occassion, students of Amity School of Engineering presented colorful cultural program presentation.

National Youth Day

National Youth Day is celebrated all over the world on 12th Jan on the birthday of Swami Vivekananda.

In 1984 the government of India declared the day as the NATIONAL YOUTH DAY and since 1985 the event is celebrated in India. As youth plays an important role in the overall development of the country.

Swami Vivekanand was a religious leader whose ideas and work inspired the country’s youth. Students took oath to spread among the youngsters that they are the models of the country in it’s overall development and they should become the flag bearer of peace and harmony to be the asset of the country.

According to Ramakrishna Mission, the theme for 2019 is “Youth and Nation Building”
