Dr. Prasanna Chandra, an M.B.A. with a Ph.D. in Finance visited AGBS Bangalore for a guest lecture. With over three decades of teaching experience in post graduate and executive education programmes, he spoke about the "Concept of Value Hexagon" and its applicability in Corporate Finance.

A Professor of Finance at IIM, Bangalore and a Visiting Professor of Finance at Southern Illinois University, USA, Dr. Prasanna has been a member of several committees including the Capital Issues Advisory Committee, the High Powered Committee on Insurance Sector Reforms, and the SEBI Committee On Derivatives. He has published several books on Fianncial Management and authored over 70 articles in professional journals and business periodicals. He has received several honours including the Best Teacher Award from the Association of Indian Management Schools.

The lecture delivered by Dr. Prasanna gave an insight to the students into the world of Finance. The students were full of appreciation about the lecture and said "We feel privileged to have listened to an authority in the field of Financial Management that has given us clarity on the subject."
